WHO EXACTLY IS DAVID HAUN?

David Haun is a Tulare County native a proud of it! Born and raised in Visalia, David knows the Central Valley inside and out - though he hasn't always lived there. David spent his high school years in Woodland, CA near Sacramento and later attended college at San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelor's in Psychology. He soon returned to school and earned his MBA specializing in Digital Marketing, while working in the project management field and earning his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
David was always entreprenurial and was never satisfied working traditional jobs. In the mid 90s, he was buying, selling, and trading sports cards online using message boards and chatroom and brought in hundreds of dollars per month - not a bad chunk of spending cash for a 10 year old in 1995! There was later a car wash service, landscaping services, and eventually a drone-based construction and property photography company which quickly grew into a full-sledged 4k-quality video production company.
WHY DID DAVID CHOOSE REAL ESTATE?
During his time producing property videos for some of the most successful commercial and residential agents in California, David became intrigued with the industry and had a revelation one day while talking to a prominant local agent. "We hardly need to market to sell homes - in this market, they sell themselves!" the agent said. The more David thought about this, the more unsettling it was. He knew that without proper marketing maximizing exposure to buyers, clients were losing tens of thousands of dollars on the sale.
By combining his love of people and his knack for problem-solving, he knew that he could make the buying and selling process easier and more enjoyable for his clients by making their priorities his priorities and guiding with transparency at every step. Growing up, it was always David's dream to own a home and have enough space for his family - he is surprised to find the same satisfaction every single time he helps one of his clients reach their real estate goals.

WHY DOES DAVID DO IT ALL?
David, his daughter Avery, and his son Jackson enjoy many of the things that Central California offers. We go hiking as often as we can in the Sequoia National Forest or Yosemite, take regularly trips to Morro Bay to visit family, and we are regular attendees and volunteers at Gateway Church and Awana Club.
"My kids are my BIG WHY," David says. "On the hard days, the days I'm sore or exhausted or sick... they light the fire that burns through the excuses and gets me going hard."
